What we provide?
Better Future Consultancy will assist you in the preparation of all necessary documents to set up your company and arrange for the residency card on its sponsorship. We will prepare all documents for submission to the labor office and the Directorate of Immigration on your behalf. We will provide full assistance in all necessary procedures, by monitoring and informing you about the status of your application and the time expected to receive your card. We also provide notary translation of your documents.
Simple steps to obtain your Temporary Residence Card
- Contract signed and 50% of the payment to be made.
- Medical and Police certificates attested.
- Business case preparation.
- Every member of the family has a translated and legalized Birth, Marriage, Health and Police certificate in place.
- Processing time 6-8 months.
- A company will be formed and you will be employed in your own company (minimum 5 people together).
- Yours salary will be 700 Euros; 400 Euros will be paid per month as personal taxes.
- We lodge your application in Lithuania.
- Professional Card approved.
- Application will be lodged in the embassy of Lithuania, resulting in national “D” visa or any other valid Schengen Visa.
- Final payment (50%) to be made.
- Your Temporary Residence Permit will be issued for one or two year depending on the authority’s decision and will be renewable every two years.
- Apply for medical insurance.
- You need to have a proof of funds in your account of a minimum of 12000 Euros for a family of four).
- You have sufficient lodging. (We help with related paperwork).
- Your family can join only after 2 years unless your children are self-employed or employed in different companies.
